慢病毒载体表达体系

    慢病毒属于逆转录病毒的一种。慢病毒感染细胞后将外源基因整合到细胞基因组，从而实现基因的持续表达。慢病毒表达体系由于整合率高、感染谱广、表达稳定，尤其适合用于稳定细胞系构建。我们的慢病毒产品包括慢病毒载体、慢病毒包装体系和纯化试剂。
